Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
1. Statement on the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“the Ordinance”)
1.1 MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD respects personal data and promises to fully implement and comply with the data protection principles and relevant provisions of the Ordinance. This policy applies to MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD, MT LEAGUE and MTSU program members (hereinafter referred to as "members"), as well as other persons whose personal data are collected, used and stored by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD in various ways. If you are unable or unwilling to provide complete and accurate personal information, MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD may not be able to process your membership application or provide or continue to provide you with products, offers and services under this program.
By using this website, you understand and agree to the above privacy policy and accept the processing of your personal data by this website, including the use of cookies on computers, mobile phones or any electronic devices, or the use of relevant information in any way, including, but not limited to, collection, storage, deletion, use, combination and disclosure of relevant information. If you live outside Hong Kong, your relevant information will be processed and stored in accordance with the Hong Kong Privacy Ordinance.
1.2 MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD only collects, uses and saves your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, membership purchase and SPORTSCOIN shopping records. MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to: (i) location data used by you to provide location search services; (ii) international mobile equipment identification numbers to provide important information and notifications; (iii) information records when you use this website for future reference; and (iv) cookies on applications or browsers on computers, mobile phones or any electronic devices to understand your usage habits. You can provide personal information at your own will. If we are unable to obtain the information marked "Required", we may not be able to provide you with the services, products, gifts, rewards, offers or information you requested. When you use and register as a member of this website, this website will obtain the personal information you provide. You can choose to register or not. Please note that if you are not registered, some of the services provided on this website may not be available. The personal data you provide and the data generated, collected or held by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD in connection with your membership program ("Personal Data") may be used and stored by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD for the following purposes:
a. Process your membership application;
b. Provide you with the products, benefits and services of the membership program;
c. Promote services and products provided by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD and its wholly owned companies, subsidiaries or associated companies and/or Ming Tian Limited in cooperation with persons or companies in the Membership Program ("Participating Merchants");
d. Provide you with rewards and offers selected for you by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD and/or participating merchants. To this end, MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD and participating merchants may need to process and analyze your personal data in order to better understand your lifestyle, purchasing behavior, characteristics and needs. The relevant analysis results may be shared and used by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD members and participating merchants;
e. Where appropriate or necessary, we will conduct a matching procedure (as defined in the Ordinance) on your personal data and use the obtained or matched data to take legal proceedings against you;
f. provide you with details and information about the membership program on a regular basis;
g. For the normal administration, operation and maintenance of the Membership Program;
h. Design new services or improve existing services and conduct related research for MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD and participating merchants;
i. Investigate complaints and suspected suspicious transactions;
j. prevention and detection of crime;
k. disclosure of information in accordance with the law; and
l. Purposes related to the above.
When you conduct transactions with the Company or use this website, the Company will keep all your records. The Company's general policy is to keep the relevant information for a reasonable period of time.
1.3 MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD will keep your personal data confidential. However, MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD may disclose and transfer your personal data to MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD 's members, participating merchants, agents, contractors or other service providers, any other persons under a duty of confidentiality to MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD , and any actual or proposed transferee of the membership program or MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD 's business (whether in Hong Kong or overseas).
1.4 Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing
a. MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD has the right to use your personal data for the following direct marketing purposes:
(i) Use your name, contact details, service and product portfolio information, lifestyle and purchasing behavior stored on MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD from time to time for direct marketing purposes
(ii) promote the following services and products offered by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD, other members of MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD and/or participating merchants from time to time:
(1) consumer products; and
(2) Footwear, clothing, apparel and accessories
(3) Events or activities
(iii) provide your personal data described in paragraph (i) above to any member and/or participating merchant of MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD for direct marketing of the services and products described in paragraph (ii) above.
b. If you do not want MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you may contact our Customer Service Officer by email at info@mtsportswear.com.hk or WhatsApp (852) 5223 6614, or write to MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD at the address stated in Section 1.7 below and specify your name and membership number to opt out of receiving such direct marketing materials.
1.5 To ensure the accuracy of member personal information including contact information held by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD, you may receive confirmation or verification requests from us. At the same time, you also have the following rights:
a. Check whether MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD holds any of your personal data;
b. Check your personal data held by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD;
c. Request MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD to correct any inaccurate personal data;
d. determine the policies and practices adopted by MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD in relation to personal data (from time to time); and
e. Request to stop receiving promotional materials.
1.6 When you click on any advertisement or link on our website, you may have left our platform and entered the website of our advertisers, content providers, suppliers, affiliates, or partners. Your visit to such websites is not protected by this Privacy Policy. The Company does not own or control these third party websites. We do not authorize them to collect your personal information. Therefore, the Company cannot and will not assume the risk of your providing personal information to third-party websites, or the losses caused by their codes and policies. You should contact the relevant website administrator or owner directly to inquire about their privacy practices and policies.
1.7 In accordance with the Ordinance, MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD has the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for any request for access to personal data. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, please write to the following address to make your request:

1. Application of these terms and conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you (our Member) and us (MTSPORTSWEAR.LTD – the operator of the "MT SPORTSCOIN Membership Programme" or the "Program"). We will have other merchants joining this program ("Participating Merchants") to provide you with more rewards and offers.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions, certain terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
a. "Member" - a member who has successfully applied for this program
b. "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Membership" - the SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Membership issued to you under this program so that you can enjoy the reward benefits of this program
c. "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" - The basic unit of calculation for discounts you can enjoy when shopping at retail outlets or online stores under this program. Also known as Shopping Credits
2 Apply to become a member
2.1 By applying to become a Member, you represent (and we are entitled to rely on that representation) that you are and have the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.
2.2 Application for membership must meet the specified conditions, and the relevant conditions and details are subject to the online store. We reserve the right to change the membership application requirements and timetable without prior or separate notice.
2.3 To become a Member, you must complete a Membership Application Form and provide certain personal information.
2.4 You may only apply for one membership. Upon verification, all duplicate applications and the SPORTSCOIN shopping credits earned therefrom will be cancelled.
2.5 The information on the Application Form must be true, accurate and complete and must not contain any dishonest or illegal elements. Otherwise, we have the right not to accept your application.
2.6 If the information on the application form is not clearly filled in or is missing, we will contact you by phone/email and ask you to supplement the relevant information. If you fail to provide the required information, we reserve the right to invalidate your application.
2.7 The "MT SPORTSCOIN " program will contact members about offers or promotions via a mobile phone number that has Whatsapp to receive information (the company is not responsible for any failure to successfully receive information). If members do not provide complete personal information, they will not be able to receive any information about gift rewards, member benefits and promotional activities, and will lose the right to use and trace such offers.
2.8 We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
3. Membership validity period
3.1 There is no validity period for membership at this time. The validity period of membership may be changed in the future without prior or separate notice. ; You must reapply to become a member.
3.2 Re-application for membership will be subject to the then current terms and conditions and will be subject to re-approval.
4 Discount Plans
4.1 Discounts
4.1.1 You can enjoy discounts of up to 5% on designated regular-priced items at any of our stores or online stores, only for Premium Members. (Please refer to the branch or online store instructions)
4.1.2 The discount is not applicable to the purchase of selected items, consignment items and cash vouchers.
4.1.3 Discounts are not applicable to all outlets and special sales.
4.1.4 Discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
4.2 SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Rewards
4.2.1 Basic members and premium members can enjoy $1 shopping credit for every $5 spent in stores or online stores.
4.2.2 SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits will be calculated based on the net price after deducting any cash coupons, other cash coupons or discount offers from our branches or online stores. SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Rewards will be calculated in units of $5. For example, if your discounted price is HK$188.9, you will have HK$37 in shopping credits.
4.2.3 SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits will be settled on January 1st of each year .
4.2.4 When purchasing designated products during the promotion period, you may have the opportunity to enjoy additional " SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars" offers. Such additional "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars" may not necessarily be shown on the receipt. Details and terms of the offer will be published in the relevant branches or online stores.
4.2.5 You will not receive member discounts or SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Rewards when purchasing designated products or when you exercise the benefits of other promotions/programmes. Purchases of cash vouchers will not be eligible for member discounts. Notice of such restrictions will be posted in stores or online.
4.2.6 All SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars earned from in-store purchases will be updated to your SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars membership account within approximately five working days and can only be used after the update.
SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits from online store purchases will be credited to your account within approximately five working days of completing the transaction .
4.2.7 All SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits are only for you and cannot be transferred to others.
4.2.8 In the event of any dispute regarding the “SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits” reward, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
4.3 Birthday Month Offer
4.3.1 You can enjoy double SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars and two $50 cash coupons when you shop in our stores or online during your birthday month. The extra SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars will be added to your SPORTSCOIN Shopping Dollars membership account in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in 4.2.6.
4.3.2 Birthday Month Benefits are only available after you have successfully registered as a Premium Member.
4.4 Other "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" Rewards and Offers
We will launch one-off promotions at different times and/or in different branches/online stores. You may have the opportunity to participate in such promotions and enjoy extra discounts and/or "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" . Details and terms of such promotions will be published in the relevant branches or online stores.
4.5 Use of "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits"
4.5.1 You can use "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credit" to redeem different gifts or cash coupons at different times or directly use it to deduct cash from goods. The details and terms of such offers will be published in the relevant branches or online stores.
4.5.2 We may launch one-off promotions at different times and/or in different branches or online stores. You may also use "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" to redeem or redeem designated goods or gifts, or directly use them for cash deduction of goods. The details and terms of such offers will be published in the relevant branches or online stores.
4.5.3 There is no monthly upper limit on the amount of shopping credits that can be used (retail products).
4.5.4 Customized products must be ordered for a total of NT$2,000 or more, and the maximum usage is NT$750 of "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credit" per order , which can only be used twice a month.
4.5.5 The "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" you can use are subject to the account display on the website.
4.5.6 All coupons redeemed with SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits are not returnable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable for cash. You should also check the redeemed gifts immediately, otherwise you will not be able to receive replacement gifts or "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" later . We also do not guarantee the products, services, or product quality provided by the supplier, nor do we assume any responsibility for the consequences of using the product.
4.5.7 SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits are not applicable to shipping costs at this time.
4.6 Exercising the benefits of "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" membership
4.6.1 Your "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" membership and the membership benefits enjoyed by you cannot be transferred, sold, purchased, traded as a commodity and/or reproduced in any form, and can only be used by registered members. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. We will not make any compensation for any losses caused by members' failure to properly keep their member information, including lost "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Money" or losses.
4.6.2 You must provide your registered email address or phone number to log in to your account. When the webpage shows that you are a "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold" member, you can enjoy member benefits and earn "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold".
4.6.3 When using SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits to redeem gifts or cash coupons, you must log in to the online store or visit a store to redeem using your registered email address or phone number. If you fail to provide sufficient information, we have the right to refuse to redeem gifts or cash coupons for you using "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" .
4.6.4 We may launch different types of promotional activities in-store or online. Some promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with member offers. The details and terms of such promotions will be stated in the relevant stores and/or websites and/or promotional materials.
5 Exchange/Refund
5.1 If you receive an exchange or refund for a purchase in a store or online store under reasonable circumstances, the (i) SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits or (ii) the gifts or cash coupons you redeemed for that purchase will be deducted or adjusted at the same time. Depends on the terms and conditions at the time of application.
5.2 All products purchased with "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" or gifts redeemed with "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" cannot be returned or refunded for cash.
6 Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by filling out and signing a " Cancellation Confirmation " at any branch ; at the same time, you will also lose the remaining "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold" in your "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold" membership account and all member exclusive offers. To ensure correct processing, you must provide valid identification for us to verify your identity.
7 Others
7.1 Since this program relies on communication networks, power grids and other systems that are not under our control, we cannot guarantee that this program can operate uninterruptedly. However, we will do our best to ensure that our systems support the operation of this program.
7.2 We reserve the right to update the content, offers, promotions, etc. of the SPORTSCOIN Shopping Gold Membership Program from time to time, and these items will also be subject to these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the relevant items. Members must pay attention to all content changes. Any use of membership rights constitutes acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any losses caused by any changes or updates related to it.
7.3 If we terminate this plan, we will issue a notice on our website three months before the termination of the plan. The remaining "SPORTSCOIN Shopping Credits" must be used before termination, otherwise the company will not return the shopping credits in any form.
7.4 We may refuse to issue, withdraw, cancel or terminate a membership, and/or cancel a membership in any manner at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances have occurred and the member will not be entitled to any compensation of any kind. We also have the right to seek and recover from you any losses and reasonable expenses incurred by us or participating merchants as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions or allowing a third party to breach these terms and conditions.
a. Any violation or attempted violation of the terms and conditions of this Membership Program
b. Any abuse or attempted abuse of the Membership Program
c. The member and/or any third party acting on behalf of the member uses any fraudulent means to enjoy the member’s rights
d. Any conduct related to the Membership Program that involves theft, misconduct, abuse or offensive conduct or providing false or misleading information
7.5 We may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. All members who continue their membership after the Terms and Conditions are updated will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions and supersede all previous versions.
7.6 The images of electronic coupons and cash vouchers are for reference only. The actual product shall prevail.
7.7 We are not responsible for any failure or inability to perform or continue to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control (“Force Majeure”). We will suspend our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for as long as the Force Majeure situation persists and extend the time limit for performance of such obligations during this period.
7.8 Employees of Ming Tian Limited are not eligible to apply to become members.
7.9 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. We and our members agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
7.10 In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
7.11 Ming Tian Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision on the above terms.
